
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) A man was charged with being an being an accessory following the actual murder, in connection with the killing of Terrell Sims. Columbia Police Department officers were actively searching for Sims who went missing since Christmas, and arrested Taylor Wardlaw in connection with his disappearance. Eddie Brown, 30, was identified as an accomplice in the killing by the Columbia Police Department, officials claim. Sims was a 26-year old male, was last seen in Columbia in the early morning of Dec. 20, near Ervin Street. According to the police report, his partner Wardlaw reported Sims missing Dec. 22. Sims's body Sims was discovered Wednesday near Monticello Road. Naida Ruterford, Richland County Coroner said that the body was located. Skip Holbrook, the chief of Columbia Police says Wardlaw has been arrested for murder, as well being a firearm owner in the commission of a violent crime.
